By accessing or using the Simons Holidays website and making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our website and resort facilities.

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Simons Holidays via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Online bookings — bookings made through the website with online payment are confirmed immediately upon successful payment.

Enquiry bookings — bookings made via the contact form or WhatsApp are confirmed only after written confirmation from our team.

Simons Holidays reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Check-in: 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in is subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out up to 2:00 PM is subject to availability and may be charged at 50% of the nightly tariff. Check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged a full night's rate.

Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence, or voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the natural environment. The following rules apply:

• ¢ Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
• ¢ Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• ¢ Loud music or disruptive behaviour after 10:00 PM is not permitted.
• ¢ Cooking in rooms is not permitted.
• ¢ Pets are not allowed without prior written consent.
• ¢ Damage to property will be charged to the responsible guest.

Simons Holidays reserves the right to evict guests without refund for violation of these rules.

All tariffs are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Tariffs are per room per night.

Simons Holidays reserves the right to revise tariffs without prior notice. The tariff applicable at the time of confirmed booking will be honoured.

Simons Holidays shall not be liable for:

• ¢ Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
• ¢ Any injury or accident occurring on the premises due to guest negligence.
• ¢ Disruption of services due to circumstances beyond our control.

Guests participate in activities (trekking, paragliding, jeep safari, etc.) at their own risk. We endeavour to ensure safe conditions but do not accept liability for unforeseen incidents during recreational activities.

Simons Holidays shall not be responsible for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, floods, government orders, pandemic restrictions, civil unrest, or utility failures.

In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule stays or issue appropriate refunds in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and graphics — is the property of Simons Holidays and protected under Indian copyright law. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Idukki, Kerala.
